Tom writes and speaks regularly about marketing, sales, fundraising, and technology. He writes a monthly marketing column for St. Louis Small Business Monthly, and is the primary writer for the well-regarded MarketVolt blog (http://blog.marketvolt.com). He has been a guest blogger for nationally known publications, including Crazy Egg's "Daily Egg and the GiftWorks Connect fundraising strategy blog. He is co-author of Generation BIG – The Rising Tide of Dreams to Action, a book that describes how bold, innovative, and generous (BIG) people are changing the world. Tom speaks regularly about marketing and fundraising. He has been a guest lecturer at the UMSL Fundraising Institute, and has been a featured speaker at dozens of events for for-profit nonprofit marketing professionals. He is currently working on a new book describing how businesses can attract a following. Prior to working in marketing, Tom worked as a school teacher and journalist. He likes nothing more than to help business people learn how to grow their businesses and achieve greater success.
